Licenced Saudi Lawyer and Founding Member of Saudi Bar Association. Hassan holds a bachelor’s degree in law (Commercial law), from King Saud University-Riyadh IN 1986. MBA, from Hull University- Uk in2007, and Many programs in different knowledge fields such as legal, arbitration and leadership. He Led different strategic teams in multiple initiatives such as HR, Safety, procurement, contracting, IT, etc. in relation to completing the Marafiq Transformation Program
Through his various experiences over three decades in legal and leadership work in leading companies such as SABIC and Marafiq, the lawyer represented these companies in many commercial and labour cases, provided many legal advice and took responsibility for the procurement, contracts and information security sector, and contributed mainly In establishing the Electricity and Water Utilities Company for Jubail and Yanbu “Marafiq,” and the establishment of Marafiq Sour Company for Operation and Maintenance “Masa”. He also actively participated in the merger program of SAFCO and Ibn al-Bitar “within the SABIC Group of Companies”.
He held many leadership positions in SABIC and Marafiq, the most recent of which was the position of General Manager of Shared Services at Marafiq Company, as well a Board Member in different utility organizations such as Tawreed Co, MaSa Co. & Marafiq Insurance Co.
