Counselor Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Assiut University in 2004, and a master’s degree in law from the same university in 2007, in addition to obtaining a general certificate for dealing in securities (CME 1) in 2021. He also obtained many specialized legal courses and presented much legal research.
Ahmed worked in several law firms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through which he gained experience in the field of establishing national and foreign companies in accordance with the General Investment Authority regulations, and during his work he supervised many commercial, legal, penal and real estate cases and issues of division of inheritances and endowments. During his tenure, he provided a lot of legal advice to national and foreign institutions within the Kingdom.
Counselor Ahmed holds many specialized courses and has provided many educational legal courses to law students.
