March 11 Annually as “Flag Day” in Saudi Arabia

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, has issued Royal Decree No. (A/303), designating March 11 each year as a special day for the national flag under the name “Flag Day.” This decision is based on the history of the Saudi flag, which was adopted on March 11, 1937, during the reign of King Abdulaziz, may God have mercy on him, and represents a symbol of unity, strength, and prosperity.

Implementation of the 22nd Phase of E-Invoicing System Integration

Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority: E-Invoicing Integration Requirement Starts October 1, 2025
The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority has mandated that individuals whose annual revenues subject to VAT in 2022, 2023, or 2024 exceed SAR 1,000,000 must link their e-invoicing systems with the Authority. This requirement will be in effect from October 1, 2025, until December 31, 2025.
